To keep the hotel comfortable for every guest – including families, allergy-sensitive travelers, and pet owners – we’ve introduced an updated Pet Policy, effective immediately.
Pets are welcome only in designated pet-friendly rooms and must be declared at the time of booking. In public areas, pets should be kept on a leash and under close control at all times. For guest comfort and hygiene standards, pets are not permitted in the Spa & Wellness areas, restaurant interior, or other indoor shared relaxation zones.
We also ask guests not to leave pets unattended in rooms for extended periods, especially if the pet may become anxious or vocal. If housekeeping is scheduled, we may request that pets are secured or taken for a walk during service time to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both your pet and our team.
